  • Founder, President & Executive Director

    Trevor is a licensed pilot and experienced professional in the Washington DC area holding a degree in Communication Studies and Public Relations from Longwood University. He has logged hundreds of hours in numerous aircraft including single and multi-engine trainers, turbo-props, and small twin-engine jets. Trevor founded Young Aviators in late 2018 to help inspire youth to consider careers in aviation and provide resources for career mentorship and education. The non-profit has since become nationally recognized, has over 50 Regional Officers and 100 State Ambassadors, and holds members in the United States, Romania, New Zealand, and South Africa. His vision is to establish a path that makes aviation more accessible and easily navigable to all ages and demographics. He leads a large team of community-centric professionals who strive to educate the public in each facet of the aviation industry and provide a growing mentorship network for the future generation of aviation professionals.

  • Executive Vice President

    Cade has had a passion for flying his entire life, and began his professional aviation career in 2017, at the age of 12. In the following years, he amassed experience on a variety of aircraft, and traveled the nation extensively, working with numerous industry professionals to increase the reach of aviation to younger individuals. Soloing at 16, and obtaining his private pilot certificate at 17, Cade aims to continue his education in the coming years at an aviation university. Since joining Young Aviators in early 2019, Cade served on the executive team as Vice President of Marketing and Digital Media until mid-2021, when he stepped into the role of Executive Vice President.

  • Vice President, Finance

    Tyler has been passionate about aviation and becoming a pilot since his childhood. He is currently completing his bachelor’s degree at Virginia Commonwealth University in Commercial Real Estate and working on his Private Pilot License. He plans to become a Flight Instructor over the next few years and eventually land a career at a private aviation operation.

  • Vice President, Sponsorship

    Xitlali’s passion for aviation began at a very young age. She was given the opportunity to start her flight training when she turned 16, being only a high school Junior. She is currently working on her Private Pilot License and aspires to hold a career in aviation where she has the ability to fly, inspire others to follow their dreams and be a role model for women in aviation. Xitlali is responsible for all vendor and sponsor relations, helping us increase our outreach efforts and reach the next generation of aviation professionals.

  • Vice President, Marketing and Digital Media

    Luke is a 17-year-old, New York-based Private Pilot with both complex and high-performance endorsements. After being introduced to general aviation at age 15, he soloed for the first time on his 16th birthday and earned his Private Pilot Certificate on his 17th birthday. Luke runs an aviation YouTube channel where he aims to provide educational and entertaining content to the next generation of pilots. In the future, he hopes to attend the Florida Institute of Technology to study Aviation Management with Flight and fly the world's most coveted corporate aircraft. Also serving as the President of the Mid-Atlantic region, Luke is working tirelessly to spread the love of flight throughout his local community.

  • Vice President, Communications and Technology

    Justin started flying at the age of 15, going on to solo on his 16th birthday and attaining his private certificate at 17, and is currently a Certified Flight Instructor. He hopes to inspire more young people to follow the same path through outreach and education. He is currently working on a degree in Geography and Meteorology at Arizona State University, and he also serves as the vice president of the Mid-Atlantic region.

  • Vice President, Member Relations

    Aditya has spent nearly his entire childhood dreaming of flying for a career; soloing for the first time at the age of 16. He also obtained his private pilot’s license at the age of 17, and hopes to follow this by attending the United States Air Force Academy; eventually commissioning as a United States Air Force pilot. One thing he has learned about this industry is that aviation is a rough road, but it all starts with a dream. If you stick with it and put in the work, anything is possible.

  • Vice President, Internal Affairs

    Nick has had an interest in aviation since his early childhood. He obtained his Private Pilot License at the age of 18 and currently attends The University of North Dakota where he is actively completing his Instrument Rating and a bachelor’s degree in Aeronautics. Nick currently plans to complete his education and training over the next two years, building flight time toward a post-graduation career in the airlines.

  • Vice President, Corporate Strategy

    Horace is from Indianapolis, IN, and holds a degree in Aviation, Professional Flight from Eastern Kentucky University. He also holds a MBA in Project Management from the University of Southern Indiana. Horace is currently a Captain at PSA Airlines and hopes to fly for Delta Air Lines as a Captain on the wide-body fleet of aircraft. He also aspires to promote higher education and provide mentorship for tomorrow’s aviators. Horace also serves as the president of the Mid-West Region.

  • Vice President, Community Impact

    Chris took his first airplane ride at two weeks old and has been hooked since. Coming from a flying family, Chris has flown his whole life. He soloed on his 16th birthday and earned his Private Pilot License on his 17th. He is currently training for his Instrument Rating and will begin college at UNC-Chapel Hill in the fall of 2022, pursuing a career in medicine. Chris also serves as the vice president of the Southeast Region.
